Everything on Hadoria (birth charts, horoscopes, card readings, compatibility, AI-written readings and the Torah name search) is for entertainment only. It does not predict the future and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Free use

The basic birth chart, the daily horoscope for each sign and one card a day from each deck are free and don't need an account.

Hadoria+

Terms of the Hadoria+ subscription:

• Price: €3.99 a month or €29.99 a year, tax included. No discounted trials and no weekly plans. Prices are in euros; checkout shows the exact charge, and your bank may convert it to US dollars.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the same price, until you cancel.
• We email you before every renewal, with the price, the date and how to cancel.
• Cancel online in one click from your account, with no phone calls and no questions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you have 14 days to withdraw. If you ask to start using Hadoria+ right away, you agree that the digital content is delivered at that moment, under article 103 m) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
• Includes: full reading of your chart (up to 5 a month), compatibility (up to 10 a month), Ask Hadoria (up to 20 questions a month), a personal horoscope by email every morning, unlimited card draws and three-card spreads. These limits prevent abuse; if you reach them, they reset the following month.
• Full readings, compatibility and the personal horoscope are written with artificial intelligence based on the calculations of your chart. They are for entertainment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (Managed Payments) and takes care of the taxes of your country. We never see your card details. Your statement will show HADORIA.COM.

For customers in the United States

We follow the spirit of the FTC's "click to cancel" approach and of state automatic renewal laws such as California's: the renewal terms are shown before you pay, you agree to them when you subscribe, we send a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel online as easily as you signed up. This summary is just a description of how Hadoria works, not legal advice.

Single full reading

• Price: €6.99, one-time payment, tax included. No subscription and no later charges.
• It is the full reading of the chart saved in your account, written with artificial intelligence based on its calculations. It is delivered to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can download it as a PDF.
• Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): by asking us to deliver it right away, you accept that once it is delivered you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103 m) of the Spanish consumer protection law).
• Payment is processed by Stripe as the merchant of record; your statement will show HADORIA.COM.

Gift reading

• Price: €6.99, one-time payment, tax included. We email you a gift code (HAD-XXXX-XXXX) that is good for one full reading.
• The person who receives it redeems it in their Hadoria account (free, with their email), and the reading is made with the chart they save there.
• The code is valid for 2 years from purchase and can only be redeemed once. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds: you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind, as long as the code has not been redeemed. Write to us and we will refund the full amount. Once redeemed, the reading is delivered and can no longer be refunded.
• If you lose the email, you can see your codes in your account, under "Gift a reading".

Hadoria does not predict the future, does not give medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and does not replace any professional. We don't perform rituals or promise results in love, money or health.

Complaints

Write to us at hola@hadoria.com. You can also go to the courts where you live. Spanish law applies, without taking away any consumer protection you have under the laws of the place where you live.
